Skills Based Class
Goal: To swim freestyle with side breathing, efficient kicks in breaststroke and butterfly.
The students will learn proper breath control in freestyle while also learning proper technique for freestyle and backstroke. Students will also begin breaststroke and butterfly kicks. This lesson is for students who have completed Stingrays or can perform basic freestyle and backstroke and are able to safely and efficiently get back to the wall.
2 Week Session: 30 minute class every day Monday - Thursday for 2 weeks
New session start every Monday
When a child is in the water with the same instructor day after day it accelerates the learning process. We strongly recommend 2 week sessions for children that are still learning how to be safe in the water. Then follow up with a weekly class to continue progress into a safe & confident swimmer.
