Find The Right Swim Class For Your Child Below
Guppies – Parents & Infants
Infants 4 months – 1 year. The class will help parents with information on the proper holds and techniques to successfully adapt the infant to the new water environment.
Angel Fish – Parents & Toddlers
13 months – 30 months. Parents will learn holds and submersions and practice skills that will help their toddler with the beginning of basic water safety skills.
Seahorses – Beginner
3 years – 5 years. In this class children will learn how to become comfortable in the water and to aleve any fear or anxiety they may have while in or around water.
Stingrays – Advanced Beginner
3 years – 5 years. For students who have completed the previous level or have the basic foundational swim skills; being able to float independently on belly and back, submerge confidently, and are free of anxiety or fear.
Turtles – Beginner
6 years and up. Students will learn the basics of breath control, how to roll from belly to back to get fresh air, self-propulsion using kicks, elementary backstroke, and how to get to safety should they fall in the water.
Marlins – Advanced Beginner
6 years and up. For students who have completed the previous level or have the basic foundational swim skills; being able to float independently on belly and back, submerge confidently, and are free of anxiety or fear.
Whales – Intermediate Beginner
Skill based class. The students will learn proper breath control in freestyle while also learning proper technique for freestyle and backstroke.
Dolphins – Intermediate Advanced
Skill based class. The students will work on becoming more efficient swimmers. They will be introduced to open turns, flip turns, breaststroke and butterfly arms and putting the full strokes together.
Sharks – Advanced
Skill based class. This is an advanced swim lesson. The students will work of refining the skills and technique for all four strokes (freestyle, backstroke, breastroke, and butterfly).
